Who or where gets the money from world cup ticket sales?

FIFA would get all the money, then give the German Football Association the money for their expenses e.g. ground maintenance. Lots of it would go to FIFA officials wages, including referees, and to planning and organising other events.

It goes to the FIFA and German Football Association for letting FIFA use the fields, maintainence, equipment and other things for soccer.
