My girlfriend is a huge liverpool fan and I want to see if I can afford tickets for 2010. If I were to buy them in advance, how much would they go for?

There are several different types of ticket prices.
The 2 main categories are "Follow your team" called TST (because the draw for has not been done)
and per match tickets (you won't know which teams you're going to watch)
The pricing can be found in the link below.
This is for international applicants.
You have to apply for tickets, you can't just buy them unfortunately.
The draw for phase 1 tickets happened today.
You can start applying again on the FIFA website from the 4th of May.
If you are a South African citizen our prices are different.
