Does anyone have anything different on their ticket application when you visit the fifa world cup website and check your ticket application. For those that already recieved your email vertification saying whether you recieved the tickets or not: has your status changed on the ticket application? What does it say?

There are ?s next to my successful apps, Xs next to the unsuccessful ones for the quarter and semi finals.

World Cup Ticket Application - Last Day - Advice Sought Please?
Hi, i've just been made aware that today is the last day for phase one for the world cup ticket application. Was just wondering could anyone outline the story for me. I see there is team specific tickets. So if i apply for one of them and am successful in my application do i still get charged if my team don't get to the world cup ?
Also I see you can apply for a guest? One of my mates said he's up for it, but if he changes his mind can i get someone else to take his ticket or the fact that i've entered his passport number etc does that mean only he can take it.
The price of the team specific ticket is scaring me, i would only be interested in it if my team gets to the world cup.
I see there is later phases. I realise it's first come first served. I wonder should i just wait for that ? Or would anyone say you have to go with phase 1 if you want to be sure of a ticket ?
Also any small print stuff like non refundable deposits etc. I would also like advice on please.

ye dont go couldnt think of a sport more boring than cricket sitting for 4 hours and watch a guy hit four runs real riviting stuff

2010 world cup ticket.?
I really wanna watch the semifinal and quarter final of the world cup in south africa, can anyone recommend me a cheap and reliable place to buy those ticket right now? i've been to the fifa official site, and they have sold out most of those ticket.

For FIFA's World Cup 2010 Ticket Lottery, what are the chances of me getting or not getting tickets?
Like is the lottery more of a formality or is there a high chance that I won't get tickets. If it makes a difference I would be trying to follow the US with two tickets to each of there group stage games and I am from the US. Thanks

2006 so happened to coincide with my high school graduation. I was able to get a trip to Germany as a graduation present. I figured being American the best chance I had of getting tickets to decent games was through the lottery so I put my name in for a couple tickets for a quarter final match, a couple of tickets for a semifinal, and a couple for the finals. I wasn't expecting to get my name called up for any of the matches, just enjoying the time in Germany with everyone celebrating hosting the world cup, and some great bear garden crowds or something, i did stay till the end. However my number was called for the quarter final match. I got 2 tickets to go see, arguably the game of the tournament, the quarter final between Germany and Argentina that went into penalty kicks and a little brawl afterwards.
It was worth the price of admission. I don't know about odds, or of your chances but if you want to go to South Africa then it wouldn't hurt to put your name in the hat.
